At Hopdoddy, the Kitchen Manager is a key leadership position in our restaurants. The Kitchen Manager supports the General Manager in every aspect of their restaurants operations.

They uphold promises to their team, their Guests, and the business.

To a Hopdoddy KM, Team Members are the internal Guests. The Kitchen Manager assists the GM with interviewing and training of each team member to build a team of Hopdoddy People.

A Kitchen Manager develops their Culinary Team so the restaurant runs consistently when they are in the building and when they are not.

A business-focused Hopdoddy KM enthusiastically approaches each shift as an opportunity to improve upon the previous days success.

They believe the satisfaction of a hard day's work is part of the happiness. They keep the restaurant in like-new condition and never turn their back on a standard.
